Disclaimer
Performance education — not medical advice. Stop and seek professional care if you have sharp pain, dizziness, chest pain, or unexplained symptoms.
This page is the category-specific health and training disclaimer for Muslex. Read it before applying any program, nutrition, or calculator output from this site.
1. Educational purpose — what Muslex is
Muslex publishes educational material on training performance for generally healthy adults (program structure, muscle-group selection, loading, recovery habits, sleep for performance, and conventional sports nutrition literacy). Content is written for US, Canada, Australia, and UK readers from one English site.
Muslex is not a clinic, pharmacy, physiotherapy practice, or registered dietitian service.
2. Not medical advice
Nothing on Muslex is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing here replaces care from a qualified clinician. Do not use Muslex pages to self-diagnose injury, illness, or nutrient deficiency, or to change prescribed medication.
Consult a physician before starting or changing exercise or diet — especially if you have pain, injury, illness, take medication, are pregnant, or have been advised to limit physical activity.
3. Stop and seek care (red flags)
Stop training and seek professional care if you have:
- Sharp or worsening joint or bone pain
- Chest pain, pressure, or unexplained shortness of breath
- Dizziness, fainting, or sudden unusual weakness
- Numbness, tingling that progresses, or unexplained swelling
- Any symptom that feels like a medical emergency in your region — use local emergency services
Post-injury rehabilitation protocols belong with clinicians, not with general education pages.
4. Supplements and hard bans
When Muslex mentions supplements, the scope is conventional, commonly studied products for performance education (for example creatine monohydrate or protein powder literacy). Mentions are not prescriptions.
We do not provide protocols for prescription or non-conventional pharmacology outside our scope, or other prescription-drug bodybuilding practices. Do not treat Muslex as a source for those topics.
5. Calculators are estimates only
Protein, TDEE, 1RM, RPE, macros, plate-load, weekly-set, and sleep-checklist tools produce educational estimates. They are not individualized clinical plans, medical devices, or guarantees of results. Adjust with common sense and professional guidance when needed.
6. Publisher identity and contact
Muslex is an independent education publication produced by the Muslex Editorial desk. It does not claim a healthcare licence, product-testing accreditation or merchant status. Contact [email protected] or use the contact form.
7. No individual outcome guarantee
Training and nutrition responses vary. Muslex is not responsible for individual outcomes from applying general education content. You are responsible for how you use the information, including technique, load selection, and recovery choices.
8. Editorial & further reading
Content is published under Muslex Editorial. That page explains methodology, citation standards, review dates, and the no-fabricated-credentials rule. Site overview: About · Facts · Privacy · Terms.
